Camp Auntie 2007 Planning is Well Underway
The planning for the third annual Camp Auntie is well underway. All air fares have been booked along with rental of the Mini-van and accomodations at Walt Disney World. The camp tee-shirts have not been ordered as we are awaiting the creation of our logo. This years logo will be designed by David Felton the art director for Crew Creative in Hollywood, CA.
The campers checklist and an itinerary are being prepared and will be sent to prospective campers ten days prior to Camp Auntie which begins on July 22, 2007. First drafts of both documents are posted on this blog. Stay tuned for details about dates and locations.

Friday July 20 – Auntie flies to Hartford, CT Depart PBI 7:15 AM – Arrive 12:40 PM
Saturday July 21 - Auntie, Katie & John Austin Fly from Hartford, CT to West Palm Beach, FL Depart BDL 1:35 PM Arrive PBI 7:40 PM
Sunday July 22 – Camp Auntie Officially Begins With a day at Grandma’s home in Palm City
Monday July 23 – We drive to Walt Disney World
Tuesday July 24 – We stay in Walt Disney World
Wednesday July 25– We stay in Walt Disney World
Thursday July 26 – We drive Home from WDW
Friday July 27 – Day spent at Grandma’s

Campers Checklist
Please bring the following
DVD’s you would like to share with the group
2 swim suits
Sneakers or good walking shoes
3 pair cotton socks
Pajamas or some comfortable outfit to sleep in
At least one pair of dress pants or nice jeans or slacks
Shorts and tops that look nice together
Sufficient underwear
Your tooth brush and hairbrush or comb
Remember to bring your manners; Grandma & Auntie expect to hear Please, Thank You and even the occasional You’re Welcome!
Kindness and respect for your fellow campers
Your sense of adventure, good sportsmanship and a desire for everyone at Camp Auntie to have a safe and fun filled week.
Do not bring the following
Unwelcome words and phrases. This would include name calling, naughty words and the forbidden three of “stupid” “hate” and “shut up”.
Now pack your bags! It is time for Camp Auntie 2007, where cousins collide!
